Beschrieben wird eine Einrichtung zum Banderolieren von Banknotenbündeln mittels Bändern, die durch das eingeführte Bündel von zwei Vorratsrollen abgezogen werden und oberhalb und unterhalb des Bündels zu einer Schweiß-und Schneideinrichtung verlaufen, die in einem Arbeitsgang eine abschließende Schweißnaht für das von einem Preßstempel niedergehaltene Bündel bildet, die beiden Bänder hinter dieser Schweißnaht abteilt und sie durch eine zweite Schweißnaht miteinander verbindet. Bündel verschiedener Breite und Dicke können ohne vorherige Einstellung banderoliert werden, da verfahrbare Anschläge, welche das Bündel in die Arbeitsstellung befördern, dafür sorgen, daß sich die Rückseite des Bündels dort befindet, wo die Schweißnaht anzubringen ist.

The invention relates to packaging and packaging technology. There is a known device for placing banknotes of packers containing two roll holders, a support plate, guide rollers located above and below the plate, a welding mechanism, a welding punch and a knife 1. However, this device does not allow for packing packs of different types. width, which limits the scope of the device. The purpose of the invention is to provide packing of packs of various thickness and imrina. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the device, on the sides of the support plate, there are mounted with the possibility of reciprocating sweep along it. In addition, the punch and the stops have a common drive, wherein the punch is connected to the latter by means of a pantograph, and the stops are mounted on lasks. In addition, the punch has a guide hole dL of the upper band. In FIG. 1 shows the proposed device for banding packs of banknotes, an obgii view; in fig. 2, 3, and 4 are the same, at different moments of the wrapping of the banknote-packs, front view, in FIG. 5 is the same, rear view, in FIG. 6 - wrapped with a stack of banknotes. The device comprises two roll holders 1 and 2 for feeding the upper 3 and lower 4 belts, the supporting plate 5, above and below which are located the guide rollers P and 7 for transporting the upper and lower belts. In addition, the device contains a welding mechanism having a welding punch 8 with a guide hole 9 for the upper tape 3, a welding clamp 10 with a knife 11. Moreover, during st. The welding punch 8 through a pantograph 13 is connected to the cam 14 of the drive mechanism, and the welding clamp 10, provided with a spring 15, is connected via pi-pin 16 to the cam 17 of the drive mechanism. The device works as follows. In the initial position, the ends of the ribbons 3 and 4 welded to each other by the previous operation are placed on the welding stop 12 (see Fig. 2) A stack of 25 banknotes is placed on the support plate 5, pressed against the stops 18 (see Fig. 3) and turn on the drive mechanism. When the shaft 24 rotates, the crank 21 deflects the lever 20, which, in turn, moves the slide 19 with the stops 18. The stops 18 move the pack 25 along the anvil platinum 5 together with the belts 3 and 4, the welded ends of which rest against the end of the pack 25, opposite stops 18. As a result of this movement, the pack 25, sandwiched between the belts 3 and 4, is in the zone of closing and welding the belts (see Fig. 4). At this point, the bundle is lowered and pressed by the welding punch 8, which is activated by the pantograph 13 as a result of the cam 14 rotating. At the same time, the lever 16 interacting with the cam 17 lowers the welding clamp 10c knife 11. the stack of banknotes is removed from the support plate 5, and the elements of the device are returned to their original position to receive the next pack.
Thus, the design of the device ensures the packing of packs of various thickness and width, thereby revealing the field of application of the device.
